Sneak Peak from J&J Studios Workshop

~This weekend I attended an amazing workshop put on by J&J Studios. I learned so much this weekend and meet some really great photographers that I am looking forward to working with in the future. Here are a few photos from this weekend. More to come soon!~

Lily & Evie

~Last weekend I had the opportunity to photograph my friend's 2-week old twin girls, Lily & Evie. No they are not identical, but it is still hard to tell them apart, as you can see Lily has pink nail polish on her finger nails. I had a great time, thank you John & Allison for having me over. Trash the Dress with Summer & Nick

~Last weekend I had a great trash the dress session with Summer and Nick in Grand Haven. We took advantage of the great weather to get some fun shots on the beach. Thank you Summer & Nick for the opportunity and for being so brave.~

~I spent a very cold Saturday afternoon with Cairn & Nick for their engagement session. We bundled up and headed to Ah-Nab-Awen park, which is where they got engaged. We then went inside the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel to defrost and get some more pictures. Congratulations Cairn & Nick~

Princess Abby

~My little dog Abby (she is an Australian Cattle Dog or Blue Healer) is quite the princess. Every morning after Charlie gets up for work, she crawls back into bed with me and snuggles under the covers. Yesterday morning I couldn't resist getting a picture of her under the covers with her head on the pillow. ~

Nate for President

~I headed to Western Michigan University yesterday to take some promotional pictures for my little brother Nate. Nate is running for President of Western's student government and needed some pictures for his campaign website. So Nate and I along with his adorable running Janine Putnam, went around campus to get some fun (and cold) shots. Good luck Nate and Janine!~

Sarina

~I had the opportunity to photograph adorable Sarina last weekend. She had a great time posing for the camera and showing off that gorgeous curly hair. Thank you Marin for the opportunity to photograph your beautiful daughter~
